2. Age Requirement
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to participate in psychic readings and/or consultations.
3. Confidentiality
All readings and consultations are confidential. Readings by Alice Inc will not disclose your personal information or the details of your session without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
4. Liability Limitations
a. Readings by Alice Inc and its representatives shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by clients based on the information provided during the reading or consultation.
b. By participating, you agree to release Readings by Alice Inc from any and all liability for damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the session.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
b. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made outside the notice period.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a session with an advance notice as indicated in the booking form and subject to availability.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Readings by Alice Inc reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to these terms and conditions.
8. Force Majeure
Readings by Alice Inc shall not be liable for any cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, Nassau County of Long Island, NY.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Garden City, Long Island (Nassau County), New York.
10. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By scheduling and/or participating in a session with Readings by Alice Inc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
